Hello, we’re Jay and Kate Addis, the owners and operators of Serenity Senior Living, a Type B Assisted Living Facility. Welcome! We’re glad you’re here. We took over Serenity Senior Living in 2017 with one goal in mind: Creating a home for seniors that was just that, a home. We’re proud to offer our residents the opportunity to continue their lives, full of activity, family, and most of all, fun! All while their health and well being are paramount.
Why did we get involved with Serenity? Both of us wanted to do something that had meaning. We both wanted to step away from the typical 9-5 grind and make a difference, while working together. Serenity has offered us just that opportunity, and we care about the Serenity family like our own. Kate brings a health care background to her work at Serenity, as she is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified as a PT and DPT. Jay served our country in the Marine Corps, and he is now dedicated to serving the seniors in our community.
Serenity Senior Living is a spacious seven bedroom home situated on two manicured acres in the Texas Hill Country, in a suburb of Austin. The home features a sun room, garden with raised planter beds, and walking trails. We encourage and assist our residents in taking advantage of all of the activities that they can.
Just like home, our meals are prepared onsite in the house kitchen, by the loving hands of our caregivers. On par with any corporate facility, we can accommodate all major care needs ranging from dietary restrictions to home health.
If you’re looking for a wonderful place to spend your senior years or searching for the best possible care for a loved one, we would love to give you a tour and tell you more about our community. We work hard to make Serenity Senior Living the best option for senior care, so come see the Serenity Difference for yourself!

Serenity Senior Living has been a blessing for my entire family. It's awesome to know that the two people you love the most are being taken care of. Not only are their physical, medical, and emotional needs being met, but they are treated with love and compassion on a twenty-four hour basis."
